Thoughts from our first in-person readings

Last Saturday, we did our first in-person pop-up shop at a mystic faire in Corpus Christi, Texas. Being brand new to the scene, we were so happy with the reception that we had! 13 bright and beautiful souls allowed us to read the tarot for them and answer questions, conversate, and share a bit of each others' light.

The cards, of course, were spot on. For many of the querents, we allowed them to keep the question to themselves while we told the story that the tarot unfolded. And it was striking.

People from all walks of life - from young kids to very senior adults - came to our humble little plastic table. And they were amazed. But with each person, I let them in on the biiiiig secret of the tarot.....

It's you. The cards, they tell YOUR story. The universal collective that we all share in on a daily basis.... fears, hopes, sadness, dreams, loves, anger... we are all sharing the same space. And while there maaaaaay be a bit of magic to it all, in the end it all comes down to you.

You - as the people who came to our humble table - you already know the answers. We all do. But sometimes, dare I say most times, we need to hear those answers from someone else. Someone totally objective, with no skin in our game.

And that's who we are. That's what we are building.
