Shadow work. It's bandied-about in some of the lesser known psychological circles, and it is gaining popularity as more and more people are finding healing through this practice. It is powerful, it works, and it changed my life.

I can hear you asking, "Ok, Rickey. Great for you. So what is it?"

I'm so glad that you asked!!

Shadow work was popularized by Carl Jung, who spoke of our "shadow self" being the things that make up much of our subconscious mind - the darker things from our lives that we have pushed down, repressed, and locked away. He believed and taught that these things manifest themselves in our anxieties and fears, our bad habits, some of our proclivities, etc.

Shadow work has helped me assimilate many am a of my anxieties and much of my childhood trauma back into my daily life. And because I am such a fan of the work, I am announcing our new Tarot United Shadow Box!

Each month, I will send you a different shadow meditation, complete with candles, incense, cloths, crystals, teas, tinctures, and more, that will help you as you are starting on your shadow journey.

Shadow work is only for those who want to be healed and who believe that they can heal themselves.

Thank you for reading and keep checking back for more!

Blessed be, Rickey
